NCC NEWS | ATO nº 14010, de outubro de 2022 – Procedimento Operacional das orientações para fornecedores do Selo de Segurança de Homologação da Anatel para baterias de lítio e carregadores utilizados em telefones celulares

Prezados,

Publicação do ATO nº 14010, de 04 de outubro de 2022 referente ao PROCEDIMENTO OPERACIONAL DAS ORIENTAÇÕES PARA O FORNECIMENTO DO SELO DE SEGURANÇA DE HOMOLOGAÇÃO DA ANATEL PARA BATERIAS DE LÍTIO E CARREGADORES UTILIZADOS EM TELEFONES CELULARES, o qual revoga o ato nº. 3482, de 31 de maio de 2019. Sendo que este Ato entra em vigor 60 (sessenta) dias após a data de sua publicação no Boletim de Serviços Eletrônico da Anatel (10/10/2022), ou seja, a partir de 08/12/2022.

Publication of ACT # 14010, from October 10, 2022, concerning to OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE FOR THE GUIDELINES FOR THE SUPPLY OF THE ANATEL APPROVAL SECURITY SEAL FOR LITHIUM BATTERIES AND CHARGERS USED IN MOBILE PHONES, which revokes act nº. 3482, of May, 31, 2019. Since this Act enters into force 60 (sixty) days after the date of its publication in Anatel’s Electronic Services Bulletin (Oct, 10/2022), which is, From Dec/08/2022.
