A Gerência de Certificação e Numeração da Anatel (ORCN) comunica a publicação da CONSULTA PÚBLICA Nº 36, DE 10 DE JULHO DE 2024, contendo a proposta para atualização dos requisitos técnicos para avaliação da conformidade de Telefone Móvel Celular e de Estação Terminal de Acesso (ETA) para restringir a certificação e a homologação de novos equipamentos que operam apenas com tecnologia 3G ou inferior, para uso nas redes do Serviço Móvel Pessoal (SMP).
A CP 36/2024, publicada no DOU de 12/07/2024, ficará disponível para o recebimento de contribuições por 70 dias, até 19/09/2024.
As contribuições devem ser feitas por meio do sistema Participa Anatel, disponível em: https://apps.anatel.gov.br/ParticipaAnatel ao acessar o menu “CONSULTAS ABERTAS”.

Anatel’s Certification and Numbering Management (ORCN) announces the publication of PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 36, OF JULY 10, 2024, containing the proposal to update the technical requirements for assessing the conformity of Cellular Mobile Telephones and Access Terminal Stations (ETA) to restrict the certification and approval of new equipment that only operates with 3G technology or lower, for use in Personal Mobile Service (SMP) networks.
CP 36/2024, published in the DOU of 07/12/2024, will be available to receive contributions for 70 days, until 09/19/2024.
Contributions must be made through the Participa Anatel system, available at: https://apps.anatel.gov.br/ParticipaAnatel when accessing the “OPEN CONSULTATIONS” menu.
