CONSULTA PÚBLICA N° 20, Proposta de Alteração de Ato de Requisitos Técnicos específicos em atendimento às determinações do Regulamento aprovado pela Resolução nº 721, de 11 de fevereiro de 2020. Processo 53500.023228/2021-36.
O SUPERINTENDENTE DE OUTORGA E RECURSOS À PRESTAÇÃO DA AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES, no uso das atribuições que lhe foram conferidas pelo art. 156 do Regimento Interno, aprovado pela Resolução nº 612, de 29 de abril de 2013, e pelo art. 67 do Regulamento da Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações, aprovado pelo Decreto nº 2.338, de 7 de outubro de 1997, submete a comentários e sugestões do público geral, constante dos autos do processo nº 53500.023228/2021-36, proposta de Atos de Requisitos Técnicos específicos em atendimento às determinações do Regulamento aprovado pela Resolução nº 721, de 11 de fevereiro de 2020.

As alterações propostas referentes ao Ato nº 3.115, de 10 de junho de 2020, restringem-se ao item 5.3 do Anexo do Ato, motivo pelo qual a presente Consulta Pública abrange tão somente o referido dispositivo.
A CP inicia em 31/05/2021, com prazo para recebimento de contribuições até 09/06/2021 (10 dias).

PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 20, Proposed Amendment to the Specific Technical Requirements Act in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation approved by Resolution No. 721, of February 11, 2020. Process 53500.023228/2021-36.
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF GRANTING AND RESOURCES TO THE PROVISION OF THE NATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS AGENCY, in the use of the attributions conferred on him by art. 156 of the Internal Regulation, approved by Resolution No. 612, of April 29, 2013, and by art. 67 of the Regulation of the National Telecommunications Agency, approved by Decree nº 2,338, of October 7, 1997, submits to comments and suggestions from the general public, contained in the case records of process nº 53500.023228 / 2021-36, proposal of specific Technical Requirements Acts in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation approved by Resolution No. 721, of February 11, 2020.

The proposed amendments referring to Act No. 3.115, of June 10, 2020, are restricted to item 5.3 of the Annex to the Act, which is why this Public Consultation only covers the aforementioned provision.
CP starts on 5/31/2021, with a deadline for receiving contributions until 6/9/2021 (10 days).
