Destacamos a que segue:

CONSULTA PÚBLICA N°29, Proposta de Ato de requisitos técnicos e operacionais para compartilhamento do espectro entre estações terrestres associadas ao Serviço Móvel Pessoal (SMP), Serviço de Comunicação Multimídia (SCM), Serviço Telefônico Fixo Comutado (STFC) ou Serviço Limitado Privado (SLP) e estações terrenas operando na faixa de frequências de 3,5 GHz. Processo nº53500.032937/2021-11.

O Objetivo é estabelecer requisitos técnicos para convivência entre estações terrestres operando na faixa de 3.300 MHz a 3.700 MHz e estações terrenas do serviço fixo por satélite operando na faixa de frequências de 3.700 MHz a 4.200 MHz, com o objetivo de estabelecer as condições de convivência e evitar interferências prejudiciais intersistêmicas.

A CP teve início em 10/06/2021, com prazo para recebimento de contribuições até 24/07/2021 (45 dias).

We highlight the following:
PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 29, Proposed Act of technical and operational requirements for spectrum sharing between earth stations associated with the Personal Mobile Service (SMP), Multimedia Communication Service (SCM), Switched Fixed Telephone Service (STFC) or Private Limited Service (SLP) and earth stations operating in the 3.5 GHz frequency band. Process nº53500.032937/2021-11.

The objective is to establish technical requirements for coexistence between terrestrial stations operating in the band from 3,300 MHz to 3,700 MHz and land stations of the fixed satellite service operating in the frequency band from 3,700 MHz to 4,200 MHz, in order to establish the conditions for coexistence and avoid harmful intersystemic interferences.

The CP started on 06/10/2021, with a deadline for receiving contributions until 07/24/2021 (45 days).
