Please be advised that Anatel has published Official Letter No. 321/2023, informing you of the obligation to register the representatives of all companies in the SEI system.
In compliance with Anatel Resolution No. 682/2017, article 9, it will be mandatory to register representatives as external users by Electronic Power of Attorney in the SEI Electronic Information System. Registration is mandatory for natural or legal persons who participate or have an interest in participating, under any condition, in product approval processes.
