We would like to highlight the following Public Consultation:
PUBLIC CONSULTATION # 65, from September 05, 2022 with a proposal for mandatory minimum cybersecurity requirements for conformity assessment of CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) equipment.
PC 65/2022, has been published on 10/06/2022 and it will be open for contributions for 60 days, until 12/04/2022.
Contributions must be made exclusively through “Participa Anatel” system, which is the Agency’s new public consultation platform, accessible at: https://apps.anatel.gov.br/ParticipaAnatel by accessing the “OPEN CONSULTATIONS” menu.
