ANATEL has published the new ATO No. 8995, from June 27th, 2022, which establish the technical and operational requirements of spectrum use conditions for 27.5 GHz to 27.9 GHz sub-band, in accordance with the Regulation on Conditions of use of the Radio Frequency Band of 24.25 GHz to 27.90 GHz, approved by Resolution No. 742 of March 1st, 2021.
