We would like to highlight the following Public Consultation:
Publication of PUBLIC CONSULTATION # 45, from June 27th, 2022 with a proposal to define mandatory technical requirements for assessing the compliance of the wired charging interface with the Type-C standard USB in mobile phones.
PC 45/2022, has been published in 06/28/2022 and it will be open for contributions for 60 days, until 08/27/2022.
Contributions must be made exclusively through the “Participa Anatel” system, which is the Agency’s new public consultation platform, accessible at: https://apps.anatel.gov.br/ParticipaAnatel by accessing the “OPEN CONSULTATIONS” menu.
