It is with great pleasure that we inform you that today, the updated scope of OCD NCC Certificações was published, covering the specific activity "AUDIT OF THE CYBERSECURITY POLICY OF SUPPLIERS OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS" on Anatel's website.
ANATEL Act No. 16417/2024 defines the procedures that must be applied in conjunction with the Cybersecurity Policy of Suppliers of telecommunications products and equipment for Telecom Operators.
This Act is already in force and its application is mandatory as of November 26, 2025.
