We would like to inform you that Public Consultation No. 48/2025 (SEI No. 14903838), SEI Process No. 53500.063371/2025-94, has been opened, submitting to the general public the proposed technical requirements and operational procedure for the conformity assessment of data centers that are part of telecommunications networks.
We emphasize that the deadline for submitting contributions is 70 (seventy) days, starting today, December 23, 2025. The participation of all agents and stakeholders in the sector is essential for improving the proposed technical regulation, and comments should be submitted through the Participa Anatel system.
