We would like to inform you of Resolution No. 789, which approved the 2026 version of the Frequency Allocation, Designation, and Distribution Plan in Brazil (PDFF).
Resolution No. 772 has been revoked, and all new consultations regarding the assessment of service types and frequency band allocations must now follow the provisions established in Resolution No. 789/2026.

In addition to several regulatory updates to the frequency band tables and supplementary information, amendments were also made to ANATEL Resolution No. 721 to regulate TV 3.0 in Brazil with respect to channelization.
