O Objetivo é estabelecer requisitos técnicos e operacionais para uso da faixa de 3.700 MHz a 3.800 MHz por estações de serviços terrestres de baixa potência, com o objetivo de estabelecer as condições de compartilhamento do espectro e evitar interferências prejudiciais intersistêmicas.

A CP teve início em 10/06/2021, com prazo para recebimento de contribuições até 24/07/2021 (45 dias).

We highlight the following:

PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 30, Technical and operational requirements for the use of the 3700 MHz to 3800 MHz frequency sub-band by low power terrestrial service stations. Process No. 53500.027382/2021-87

The objective is to establish technical and operational requirements for the use of the band from 3,700 MHz to 3,800 MHz by low power terrestrial service stations, with the objective of establishing spectrum sharing conditions and avoiding harmful inter-system interference.

The CP started on 06/10/2021, with a deadline for receiving contributions until 07/24/2021 (45 days).
