CONSULTA PÚBLICA N° 35, proposta de Ato que define os requisitos técnicos e operacionais de uso da faixa de 1.427 MHz a 1.517 MHz para utilização por estações do Serviço Móvel Pessoal (SMP), do Serviço Telefônico Fixo Comutado (STFC), do Serviço de Comunicação Multimídia (SCM) e do Serviço Limitado Privado (SLP).

A CP teve início em 19/07/2021, com prazo para recebimento de contribuições até 01/09/2021 (44 dias).

We highlight the following:

PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 35, proposal for an Act that defines the technical and operational requirements for the use of the 1,427 MHz to 1,517 MHz band for use by stations of the Personal Mobile Service (SMP), the Switched Fixed Telephone Service (STFC), of the Service of Multimedia Communication (SCM) and Private Limited Service (SLP).

The CP began on 07/19/2021, with a deadline for receiving contributions until 09/01/2021 (44 days).
