NCC NEWS | Publicação do Ato n° 5701, de 29 de Julho de 2021

Prezados,

 

Foi publicado o ato nº 5701, de 29 de julho de 2021, que altera a redação do ART 2⁰ do ato nº 4088 e também trata da inclusão do inciso IV do item 5.2.1 do anexo ao ato nº 4088/20, conforme disposto no item resolve do referido ato, conforme destacamos:

Art. 1° Alterar a redação do Art. 2o do Ato n° 4088, que passará a vigorar com a seguinte redação:

“Art. 2o As obrigações estabelecidas no item 5.2.1 deste Procedimento passarão a ser obrigatórias após 730 (setecentos e trinta) dias da publicação deste Ato.”

Art. 2o Incluir inciso IV no item 5.2.1 do Anexo ao Ato n° 4088/2020, que passará a vigorar com a seguinte redação:

“IV – Produtos destinados a aplicações médicas, passíveis de homologação pela Anatel, e abarcados pela legislação da ANVISA (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária).”

Art. 3o Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publicação no Boletim de Serviço Eletrônico da Anatel.

Dears,

Act No. 5701, of July 29, 2021, was published, amending the wording of ART 2⁰ of Act No. 4088 and also addresses the inclusion of item IV of item 5.2.1 of the annex to Act No. 4088/20, as provided for in item resolves from that act, as highlighted:

Art. 1 Change the wording of Art. 2 of Act No. 4088, which will come into force with the following wording:
“Art. 2 The obligations established in item 5.2.1 of this Procedure shall become mandatory after 730 (seven hundred and thirty) days from the publication of this Act.”
Art. 2 Include item IV in item 5.2.1 of the Annex to Act No. 4088/2020, which will become effective with the following wording:
“IV – Products intended for medical applications, subject to approval by Anatel, and covered by the legislation of ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency).”
Art. 3 This Act comes into force on the date of its publication in Anatel’s Electronic Service Bulletin.
